Hello Dave,
I just received my putter. Wow, it is absolutely a beautiful putter and I like the feeling of the putter so much. Thank you very much. No wonder many people prefer your putters. This is my first Gauge Design putter and I've now found the putter that lowers my score on the green. I will tell my friends how nice your putter is and hope to see your putter on the PGA TOUR more. Regards,
Takeshi

Dave,
I just want to let you know htat since I got the 303SS 1st Anniversary putter from you at the 2002 PGA Show, I have taken 2 putts a round off my game. I love that putter and it has not been out of my bag since February. Now this is not your average testimony. I have been a putter freak for many years and I amassed a significant closet full of putters including a host of old Tommy Armour Iron Master's from 1935-1965; a full complement of Ping classics from Scottsdale to Phoenix 85029 models; a significant list of Scotty Camerons, including a couple of Newport Beach T stamps, and others; a list of Kevin Burns, Bettinardi, Bobby Grace, Kenneth Harper; etc, etc, etc. I have now sold ALL of the spares but five of my Iron Master's and I'm holding onto a couple of them because I thought maybe I could talk you into making me a custom putter just for me in trade for them. I hope you remember who I am. I spent an hour ot two in your booth at the show and we had a decent time putting through the crowd into your booth. For whatever its worth, I enjoyed it.

Dave,
I would like to thank you for the putter. It is great. I've been using it for about a month now and I love it. It took sometime to get used to the belly length but it's perfect. The other pros all seem to be interested in it. The weighting is awesome. I've finally got a putter that I don't need to add lead tape to. Thanks

Dave,
Thanks for your advice. Since we communicated, I have practiced and played exclusively with my Gauge putter. The results have been astounding. I have played 27 holes, and I have required 15 putts per each nine. I have 3 putted once in that time (from 50 ft. with a nasty double break).
I should mention that I also switched balls from the Wilson Straight Distance to the Strata Tour Ultimate. I didn't want to believe that a ball made that much difference (mainly because I am frugal), but I now believe the right premium ball will lower your golf score.
Premium Crafted Putter + Premium Golf Ball + A Good Stroke = A Pure Roll, The Ability To Control Distance and CONFIDENCE
Thanks again. I hope your business is going well. I would love to see you get a big break in the states. Pete

Hi Dave,
The putter arrived today. Wow what a beauty. I've spent the last 30 minutes on the living room putting brown and have already noticed an unusual (to me) but cool thing about it. It does sole very naturally but I found myself pulling everything. I have a 15 foot putt I always practice and, of course, know the line well. The target is the leg of our TV stand. Well, everything is going 6 inches left. I'm getting more
bummed by the minute. Then it occurs to me to lose the forward press I usually employ. VOILA!!! This putter likes to be stroked naturally, just hanging straight down. I found out quickly this made it easier to get my hands soft. It then put a wonderful accurate roll on the ball. I'm guessing it has a low loft. I'm getting used to it quick, it seems intuitive and Oh does the ball roll nice and right where I'm looking. I'll update you when I get some real putting in at the course. Needless to say I'm thrilled at this point. Thanks a bunch.

David,
I have NEVER written a letter like this before to anyone about anything, so here goes. About a month ago I purchased one of your custom putters, a GAA1 Tour w/copper insert. Understand that I own some 20 odd Cameron's, 5 Bettinardi's, and 10 or so other custom putters, thus in my eyes making me an official putter junky and all around expert on this subject. I'll skip the sales pitch for my one remaining ocean front lot in Kansas......anyway, I played with the putter right after I got it and made more putts than ever before. Thinking that I may have just had an "Off" day, I reserved opinion about the putter for future rounds. I now have played about 10 rounds w/this putter and the only thing that I can say about it is Thank You. The weight and balance is such that the putter gives you a certain amount of confidence just standing over it. I appear to not break down my wrist's as much and the resulting stroke is much smoother. I still don't like 6 footer's but at least I don't totally fear them anymore. The workmanship is outstanding! I am so impressed that I have mentioned your putters at golfopinions.com and at the Scotty Cameron Fan Club that I am a member of. I honestly hope some other people take the time to try your products....I think they will be hooked as well. Keep up the good work!
Sincerely,
Tommy
